This intimate event brings together exceptional Caribbean rums, thoughtfully paired cuisine, and the stories that connect them. Guests will be guided through a curated tasting journey while exploring the history, craftsmanship, and character behind each pour.

With attendance limited to just 130 guests, the Molasses Reef Rum Experience offers a rare opportunity to be among the first to discover Turks & Caicos' newest premium rum.

The Molasses Reef Rum Experience marks the first public tasting of Molasses Reef Rum.

Guests attending the event will enjoy exclusive early access to the spirit before its wider release and will have the opportunity to purchase bottles through the Gift Shop while supplies are available.

An Evening of Guided Pairings

The evening will feature a series of premium rum tastings paired with specially curated dishes created for the occasion by Chef David and The Taproom culinary team.

Each pairing has been designed to highlight the unique flavours, aromas, and stories behind the selected rums, creating a memorable experience for both seasoned enthusiasts and curious newcomers alike.

Introducing Rum Atlas

The evening also marks the official launch of Rum Atlas, The Taproom's new permanent rum tasting program.

Created for guests who want to explore the diversity of rum styles, origins, and production methods from across the Caribbean and beyond, Rum Atlas transforms a traditional rum flight into a guided journey of discovery.

Attendees of the Molasses Reef Rum Experience will be the first to experience Rum Atlas before it becomes available to the public.
